Top-seeded New Zealanders Kashif Shuja and Callum O'Brien are safely through to the quarter-finals of the Tradestaff Auckland Open in Auckland, New Zealand
Shuja, the No1 seed, eased past fellow kiwi Campbell Grayson 11-10 11-9 11-4 in today's second round to set up a clash with Canadian Robin Clarke in the last eight of this PSA Tour event at the Remuera Racquets Club.
After gaining revenge earlier the day over unseeded Laurence Delasaux - the Englishman to whom he lost in last week's semi-finals of the North Island Championship in Hamilton - second seed Callum O'Brien gained a comfortable second round victory Nasser B Al-Ramzi from Kuwait.
The 11-2 11-10 11-5 score takes the Amsterdam-based 22-year-old through to a quarter-final clash with Paul Davis, the eighth seed from Australia.
