Barrington & Butt In Brazil Final

Canada's unseeded Sabir Butt will face English favourite Joey Barrington in the final of the Brazil Open in Brasilia.

Butt, the 36-year-old Canadian who despatched two seeds en-route to the semi-finals, ended the run of fellow non-seed Amr Mansi in just 28 minutes - crushing the Egyptian 11-1 11-5 11-1 to reach his first PSA final for more than two years.

In the other semi-final, Joey Barrington was stretched to the limit by local hero Rafael F Alarcon before beating the third-seeded Brazilian 11-8 11-2 8-11 10-11 11-7 in 111 minutes to reach his third PSA final this year.
