Teran To Take On Khan In Toronto Final

The top two seeds will meet in the final of the Women's Toronto Open after convincing semi-final victories at Goodlife Fitness Club in Toronto.

Mexican favourite Samantha Teran maintained her straight games winning run in the WISPA World Tour event when she despatched Canada's fifth seed Alana Miller 9-1, 9-1, 9-4.

The 25-year-old Panamerican champion from Mexico City is through to her eighth Tour final, and her second in Canada.

Second seed Latasha Khan, the seven-times US National champion from Seattle, needed four games to keep New Zealand's Louise Crome at bay. Khan conquered the third seed from Auckland 9-6, 9-3, 6-9, 9-3 to reach the sixth WISPA final of her career.
