Fallows Foils Top Seeds For Pilatus Prize

Teenager Richie Fallows became one of the youngest Englishmen ever to win a PSA World Tour squash title when overcame the top two seeds in the Pilatus Cup in Switzerland to win the PSA Challenger 5 event at Sportpark Pilatus in Kriens.

The 18-year-old No3 seed from East London made his breakthrough in the semi-finals where he ousted home hero Reiko Peter, the second seed from Lucerne.

But Fallows saved his best for the final, the first of his career. The World No.120 recovered from a game down to upset top-seeded Egyptian Zahed Mohamed, a 21-year-old ranked 53 in the world, 6-11, 11-8, 13-11, 11-8 in 53 minutes to win his maiden Tour title.
