Razik & Jones In Losone Final

Canada's Shahier Razik and Welshman Gavin Jones will meet in the final of the Losone Open after contrasting victories in the semi-finals of this inaugural PSA Tour event in the Swiss town of Losone.

Razik, the third seed from Toronto, ended Egyptian Ramy Ashour's gallant run by beating the unseeded 17-year-old 11-8 11-8 11-3 in 32 minutes. The win takes the Cairo-born Canadian into his 14th PSA Tour final.

In the other semi-final, fourth seed Jones and India's Ritwik Bhattacharya, the seventh seed, battled through three tie-break games before the match was eventually settled 10-11 11-10 11-10 8-11 11-6 in favour of the Welshman.

Jones, 25, from Maesteg, is celebrating his second appearance in a PSA Tour final - and looking for his maiden triumph.
