Reda & Hansen Win KL Crowns

Top seeds Mohd Ali Anwar Reda and Line Hansen triumphed in the NSC Satellite No2 after beating their opponents in contrasting finals at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

Reda, the 18-year-old men's favourite from Cairo, beat an Adnan brother for the second successive time in the event when he fought back from 2/1 down to overcome Malaysia's 21-year-old second seed Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan 11-10 (2-0), 10-11 (0-2), 6-11, 11-5, 11-3 in an 86-minute marathon.

The win gives Reda his second career PSA Tour title.

It was fourth time lucky for Dane Line Hansen who clinched her maiden WISPA World Tour title in her fourth final appearance. The 24-year-old from Odense stopped the run of Hong Kong's fifth seed Annie Au, beating the 18-year-old Asian Junior champion 9-3, 9-3, 9-7 in 29 minutes.
