England To Face Germany In European Final

Top seeds England, the defending champions, will face second seeds Germany in the final of the European Junior U19 Team Championships at the Bellevuestadion in Malmo, Sweden.
After cruising to a 3/0 win over seventh seeds Netherlands in the quarter-finals, favourites England disappointed hosts Sweden with a 3/0 victory over the surprise semi-finalists who beat Switzerland in their earlier quarter-final.
Germany beat ninth seeds Scotland in the quarter-finals before earning their second 3/0 win of the day, over third seeds France, in the semi-finals.
England, one step away from their 21st European Junior title, have faced Germany six times before in the final.
