Max Lee Through To HKFC Final

Hong Kong number one Max Lee will provide home interest in the final of the HKFC PSA International 25 after upsetting England's No2 seed Adrian Grant in today's semi-finals of the PSA World Tour event at the Hong Kong Football Club.

The world No32 took just 45 minutes to get the better of world No24 Grant, recording an emphatic 11-6, 11-8, 11-5 victory to book a berth in his 11th career tour final and remain on course to become the first home-grown player to win the HKFC title.

The 26-year-old will face stiff opposition in the final from experienced Ong Being Hee after the 34-year-old Malaysian - who made his debut on the PSA World Tour in 1995 - denied local fans the chance of seeing an all-local final by beating Leo Au, the Hong Kong number two.

Beng Hee came from behind to secure a hard-fought 10-12, 11-3, 11-9, 11-7 victory to move into the 24th Tour final of his career - but his first in Hong Kong
