Bader Al Hussaini became only the second Kuwaiti ever to win a PSA Tour title when he lifted the $3,000 Norooz International trophy at the Enghlab Sports Complex in the Iran capital Tehran.

The 26-year-old second seed from Kuwait disappointed local hopes when he beat Iran's Alireza Sanaei 11-7, 11-13, 11-4, 11-8 in the 59-minute final.

Al Hussaini, ranked 249 in the world, was celebrating his second appearance in a Tour final, but his first title triumph.
