Bhattacharya Scores The Double In Rochester

India's Ritwik Bhattacharya collected his second PSA Tour title in seven days when he beat England's Sam Miller in the final of the Rochester ProAm Championship in New York, USA.

It was in Spain, at the Esportiu Rocafort Open in the second week of January in Barcelona, that the 25-year-old from New Delhi won his third PSA title - but his first for more than a year.

In Rochester, the top seed suffered a stern test in the quarter-finals, but fought back from 0/2 down to beat England's seventh seed Daryl Selby 5-11 10-11 11-3 11-8 11-8.

After a straight games win over Egyptian qualifier Ahmed Maged Hamza in the semis, Bhattacharya beat fourth seed Miller 11-8 11-9 9-11 11-10 to take the first PSA Tour Rochester Pro Am trophy.
