Razik Rallies To National Capital Title

Canada's Shahier Razik maintained his unbeaten Tour record over North American rival Julian Illingworth when he beat the second seed from the US in the final of the National Capital Open to win the $15,000 PSA Tour squash title in Bethesda in the US state of Maryland.

In an exciting climax to the second staging of the event, favourite Razik defeated the four-time US champion from New York 11-4, 11-8, 11-9 in 64 minutes.

The triumph marked Razik's 19th career PSA Tour title - but the 31-year-old from Toronto's first for more than a year.
