Becerril Wins Inaugural Flying Pig Open Title

Mexico's Jose Angel Becerril earned the second PSA Tour squash title of his career when he beat England's Joe Lee in the final of the Flying Pig Open at the Cincinnati Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

The 23-year-old Mexico City, in his sixth Tour final, faced surprise opponent Lee, the fourth seed. The 19-year-old reached his first Tour final after US opponent Jamie Crombie retired injured after a handful of points in the first game.

Crombie had earlier ousted Zambian favourite Patrick Chifunda.

But second seed Jose Angel Becerril was too strong for Lee in the final, winning 11-7, 11-7, 11-7.
