White Earns Final Place in Adelaide

After dismissing the top seed in the previous round, Cameron White secured his second successive upset in the Partek South Australian Open when he beat fifth seed and fellow Australian Ryan Cuskelly to reach Sunday's final of the PSA Tour event at the Next Generation club in North Adelaide, Australia.

The 30-year-old from Melbourne despatched Cuskelly 11-6, 7-11, 11-2, 11-10 (2-0) in 76 minutes to mark the 13th Tour final appearance of his career.

His opponent will be second-seeded compatriot Steve Finitsis, the 11-4, 9-11, 9-11, 11-7, 11-5 victor over fourth seed Luke Margan in the other men's semi-final.

Action in the women's WISPA World Tour event continued to go according to the seedings - though second seed Peta Hughes needed 50 minutes to overcome fourth seed Lisa Camilleri 6-9, 10-9, 10-8, 9-1 in the semi-finals.

Fellow Australian Amelia Pittock had an easier ride in the other match, the top seed defeating Donna Urquhart 9-4, 9-2, 9-0 in just 26 minutes to reach her third Tour final since May.
