Razik Provides First Home Winner For Comfort Inn Open

Shahier Razik has become the first home winner of the Comfort Inn Evergreen Open in the three years that the PSA Tour event has been staged in Vancouver, Canada.

In the 76-minute final watched by a capacity crowd at the Evergreen Squash Cub, the 29-year-old second seed from Toronto fought back from a game down to beat third seed Renan Lavigne, the defending champion from France, 8-11, 11-2, 11-7, 11-5.

The success marks Razik's 14th PSA Tour title triumph - and his third on home soil.
